I love coming to this practice because they’ve been very helpful for me. I’ve had some situations where it’s somewhat of an emergency and they were very helpful and got to me in a timely manner, and they’re very friendly.
Every time I come in it’s very relaxing. They make sure that I know exactly what’s gonna happen and they really care about their patients so their follow up is really great as well.
I think it’s a good balance of personal attention and embracing technology so I get the text follow ups to remind me of my appointment. But then often someone from the office will call me and go through the details of what’s coming up, so it’s a good combination.
I never went through pain. So to me that is a plus, is what matters. I’m in no pain and I come happy here. They no have to drag me in.
Coming to Doctor Shatto is like coming to see the family. I’m always welcome, I’m always happy and he seemed to put me first. That was a point in my life where I could not … I didn’t want to do this. I didn’t want to smile. I’m at the point now where I can really smile. I’m happy again.
