I am the office manager. I help with finding financial ways of getting people to be able to get their treatment done. We do a really good job of making patients feel comfortable. Dr. Shatto is really great at ... his chairside manner is awesome and along with the staff. So, I think the biggest struggle is the financial part of it. So being able to offer and come up with creative ways to help them with that and to see them excited and finally getting the treatment is needed or they know that it's been needed for a while and to actually start it, that makes it so rewarding.
The other ladies are just very sweet. Everybody helps each other out. We're definitely a team. It's a team effort, you know. It involves all of us to be able to run a practice and be able to treat patients and take care of patients and they do a great job, so it makes it easy and fun to come to work.
